Sales & Marketing Maverick, Kevin Clisham, shares Boon’s infectious passion for innovation. Kevin comes to Boon from the housewares industry with Chef’n Corporation, an award winning kitchen tools and gadget manufacturer, where he was instrumental in positioning the company as an industry leader. As the father of a six month old boy, the transition to juvenile products was a natural fit. A man with a mission, Kevin looks to further Boon’s success by pioneering a number of new strategic sales and marketing initiatives as we enter the next phase of our business lifecycle.

Kirk Fernandez is an entrepreneur with an enthusiasm for introducing revolutionary products within an industry. He ranges from being founder to minority owner of seven separate companies headquartered in the United States. In 2001 Kirk founded Solutionz Conferencing, Inc., a leading video conferencing and audio visual integration firm. Since the founding of Solutionz, Kirk has established or acquired into a wide range of other companies including Spire Global, which holds exclusive rights to Sony video conferencing products in North America; Green Source Automation LLC, which provides industrial robotic arms for rotary parlors; Keen Distribution, which distributes parenting products; Bringham LLC, a real estate holding firm; eCivis, LLC, an online grants management software system for local governments and community based organizations; and Boon Inc, an innovative children products manufacturer.

Kirk holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Pepperdine University and is an advocate of philanthropic ventures.
