		President & CEO/Co-founder Ryan Fernandez is a former sales executive with Intel Corporation. As a father to four young girls, he is enthusiastic about introducing revolutionary products to the children’s product industry. Ryan holds an MBA from Pepperdine University with an emphasis in marketing and management and a focus in entrepreneurship.
		Design Principal/Co-founder Rebecca Finell is an award winning industrial designer and a mother of three. This combination has led her to invent many needed products such as the acclaimed Frog Pod.
		VP of Sales Dan Orsini is one of the most accomplished and experienced sales executives in the children's product industry. He has held top positions at Evenflo, Century Products, Chicco, and Handi-Craft. Dan now brings his expertise to the Boon team.
		Director of Operations Andrew Douglas came to Boon from the finance world at Intel Corporation. A graduate of Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts, Andrew is passionate about moving, distributing, and supporting products that fulfill the needs and desires of parents world-wide.
		Director of Finance Mark Skidmore, CPA, is married and the father of two boys and two girls. He has 17+ years of finance and accounting experience with such companies as Ernst & Young, 3M, and Honeywell. Boon benefits from Mark's winning combination of being an involved father and an experienced CFO.
		Director of Marketing Kate Benjamin brings design, marketing, and project management skills to the Boon team. She has held marketing & PR positions at Cornell University and Arizona State University in addition to having worked for various small businesses. Kate's passions for entrepreneurship and modern design are a perfect fit for Boon.
